Evidence-based physiotherapy for musculoskeletal pain, injury, rehabilitation and long-term health. Hands-on treatment combined with individualised exercise and education — so you don't just feel better in the room, you stay better.
NIB members can access our physiotherapy services with reduced or no gap payments. As an accredited First Choice Provider, we're recognised by NIB for delivering quality, evidence-based care. We'll verify your cover and confirm your out-of-pocket cost before your first session.
Whether you're recovering from an acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or working toward long-term health — our approach is always active, hands-on and built around your goals. Every treatment plan is individualised to what you need, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Assessment and treatment of muscles, bones, joints, and soft tissues. From acute injuries to chronic pain — we get to the root cause and keep you moving.
Goal-oriented rehabilitation after surgery or injury. Structured exercise programs to get you back to what you love — sport, work, or daily life — faster.
Specialist rehabilitation for Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, MS, and ABI. Also a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred, goal-focused physiotherapy. Home visits available.
Expert management of workplace injuries and motor vehicle accident recovery. We handle the paperwork so you can focus on healing and returning to work.
Balance training, strength programs, and osteoporosis management to keep you independent, confident, and active at every age.
We believe good physiotherapy is more than pain relief — it's understanding why the problem started and giving you the tools to stay well long-term.
Your first session is dedicated to understanding your full picture — history, movement, strength, and what matters most to you. We don't rush to treatment before we understand the problem.
Manual therapy, dry needling, joint mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques — applied where they're indicated, not as a routine. Treatment is always combined with active exercise, not used instead of it.
A personalised home exercise program built around your goals, your fitness level, and your schedule. We explain every exercise so you understand why you're doing it and how to progress it.
You should leave every session knowing more about your body than when you arrived. We focus on giving you the tools to manage your condition independently — not making you dependent on treatment.
From acute injuries to chronic conditions — if it affects how you move, we can help.
We'll confirm your cover and explain your out-of-pocket costs clearly before your first appointment — no surprises.
On-the-spot health fund claiming available
No referral is required for most appointments — you can book directly online or by phone. If you are using Medicare under an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, you will need a GP referral before attending. WorkCover and CTP patients require a referral from their treating doctor or case manager. NDIS participants can book directly if self-managed or plan-managed; agency-managed participants should check with their coordinator.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Bring any relevant imaging (X-rays, MRI, scans), referral letters from your GP or specialist, and your private health insurance card for on-the-spot claiming. If you have any paperwork from a WorkCover, CTP or NDIS claim, bring that too.
This varies depending on your condition, how long you've had it, and your goals. Many acute injuries improve significantly within 4–6 sessions. Chronic conditions or post-surgical rehabilitation often require longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate at your initial assessment and update it as you progress — we won't keep you coming in if you don't need to.
Yes. Home visits are available for patients who are unable to attend the clinic due to mobility limitations, post-surgical restrictions, or disability. We also offer home-visit physiotherapy through the NDIS and our aged care service. Please call us to discuss availability and whether a home visit is appropriate for your situation.
General Physiotherapy covers the full range of musculoskeletal, neurological and complex conditions seen in clinic. Our specialist programs — Recovery at Home, Return to Sport, and Aged Care — are structured, program-based services with specific eligibility criteria and dedicated pathways. If you're unsure which is right for you, just call us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Tell us what's going on and we'll take it from there. Same-week appointments usually available.
